Here I go…confessing my food sins…I love a cheese tray! I know. This girl could be totally happy sitting down for dinner with some yummy crackers, a variety of cheeses and spreads and maybe a meat stick of some sort. That to me is the perfect meal! Simple yet so delicious. I have to say that I have become quite partial to Alouette Cheeses. It makes me happy to know that they are all natural, supremely creamy and is always an exceptional munching experience!
Since I travel a ton and I like to munch on cheese and crackers while on the go…Alouette is my go to cheese. They have many varieties: goat cheese logs, Baby Brie, Brie logs, the Entertaining logs, and then my new favorite for the holidays…The Alouette Cheesecake! Check out my pictures from the home party my girlfriend Gina threw and I of course offered to bring the cheese tray!
Check out this delicious recipe from Alouette to make an Inverted Cheesecake to serve at a Holiday party! I promise that if you make this little gem you will be the rock star at the party!

Caryn../. Cheese wonderful cheese! I LOVE it on a vessel called crackers – or I SAY {clackers, with a side of red wine, or nestled in celery or, sitting on the very tip edge of a spoon, letting it melt on my tongue, slahered on a biscuit or teamed with ice cold pears. My love note is long and ardious with cheese especialy the Alouette variety… HazzardInTheKitchen.com
