I need a girls night out because I am currently waiting for my son to be allowed to come home and the wait is killing me! My husband and I are adopting from South Korea and our son, Griffin, is waiting for us to travel to South Korea and bring him back home with us. He is eleven months old. His birthday is May 9 and we want him home for his birthday so bad!!! I don’t know if it’s going to happen but it’s going to be close. My girlfriends have been amazing through the entire adoption process! They gave me a beautiful shower and lots of support. They deserve this as much as I do! Thanks for letting me share my story! =)

I need a girls night out because I haven had one in months, and I think the fact that I havent had time to unwind and just laugh with people is one of the reasons that I have been so stressed. I would love to go to a restaurant with my girlfriends and hang out and just unwind!

I need a night out with the girls cause life has really turned to crap recently. A good friend died the other day, my dear SIL’s mother has just been told she is going to die and my daughter is stressed over her husbands ability to cope! I haven’t been able to work in 6 months because of multiple disorders and today I received notice that I was denied SSDI because most of the time I can function what they consider normally and that even though I am a nurse that is dependent on rapid response to crisis my memory problems shouldn’t hamper my functions as a nurse. I am broke and can’t afford my meds so I need a night out…I am going to get everyone I know to come sign up!!! Vickie

My friend, Vickie Doswell sent me to your site and I like it! Good job. A GNO would be fabulous for Vickie! Life isn’t fair and a lot of us have been dealing with very sad events — death of loved ones, death of friends, discovering cancer in a friend, etc. So, I’m here to throw my support for Vickie!

I’m here because I’m a friend of Vickie D. too :0) We can all use a girls night out. Time to kick back, chill out and enjoy some girl talk is a must for the soul. Girl friends pick us up, encourage, laugh, cry, share and get into trouble with us. Friends are a treasure.

My peeps and I are teachers – which is a hard enough job as it is. We teach at a Title I school, very high need. The school school board has decided to close our school this year… we’re all very, very sad and in dire need of a night out!!

PS – My friends, Heather, Kristin & Dawn should all be commenting soon!!

What’s a Girl’s Night Out?…..I thought it was an urban legend.
….that’s why I need one.:)

Oh Lordy do I need a GNO!! We have recently started a new business that has taken up 110% of my time. I’ve only seen my girlfriends in passing lately. I hold my friends in the highest regard and putting them on the back burner recently has been very hard. In the words of Bruno Mars…I’d catch a grenade for them…but unlike Bruno’s gal pal, I know they’d do the same for me. I’d love the chance to treat them to a nice night out.
Mandy says
I am absolutely liking you on facebook….because I can’t find the “Love” button!
Dawn Schaper says
Heather’s right, we really, really do need a night out! Not only are we looking at losing the school we love, but we are also faced with being split up as well. Added to that, we have been emotionally taxed with trying to keep up a brave face for our students and their families knowing how difficult the transition is likely to be for all of us. A night for just us in order!
Heather Davis says
I’ll teach if I can’t see my besties every day, but I’ll be one sad camper!
Heather Sheffield says
I hope you pick Heather Davis for your giveaway. She is always trying to get us all together for some Girl Time, but the universe has been conspiring against us lately. Did she mention that our school, which we all love dearly, is being shut down due to budget cuts? This means that our little group (AKA “Tight Like Spandex) will be separated – but never torn apart! (hey, cool…see the spandex connection? It’s very stretchy and will not tear). Anyway, please help us show the universe that no matter how hard it tries (sick kids/busy husbands/job limbo/etc.), we can still have our Girl Time.

Whoa! I haven’t had a gno in forever & a day! I am always busy taking care of my family. I love my kiddos but a night out with the girls! Oh what fun! Pick me!
Stephenie says
HEY! no questions asked my best friend Debbie Fabre should get picked because….. that means I would get a girls night!! Not trying to be selfish or anything 😉
