S’mores on a Stick
12 graham crackers, split in 1/2
3 cups Ghirardelli dark chocolate melts
1 small container marshmallow fluff
popsicle sticks
assorted Halloween sprinkles
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of marshmallow cream on one 1/2 of the graham cracker. Place a stick in the middle and then put another graham square on top. Melt the chocolate and then dip the graham squares in the chocolate to coat. Place the S’mores on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with festive candies. Put them in the fridge to set up for 15 minutes.
Fun Candy Corn
10 cups popped popcorn
1/4 cup Braum’s unsaltedĀ butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 small box Jello (your choice…I used orange, lime and grape)
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small stock pot simmer the butter, corn syrup and sugar till butter is melted. Stir in the Jello and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the popcorn in a very large bowl. Pour the Jello mixture over the top of the popcorn and carefully stir to coat the popcorn. Place the popcorn on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the popcorn from the oven and once it is cooled break into smaller pieces. Store in an airtight container.
