Grilled cheese is one of those comfort foods that bring back memories of school lunches consisting of two slices of wonder bread with gooey cheesiness inside and a lovely bowl of warm tomato soup. However, the grilled cheeses of our childhood has evolved into the grilled sandwich of today and these creations will knock your socks off!
In fact, they don’t even call them grilled cheese anymore. Now they’re called Paninis! It even sounds more sophisticated and grown up!
