It is that time Ladies!…..Turkey time!
I know some of you are really stressing over this whole thing. Remember…a turkey is only a larger chicken (when cooking). So try and roll the shoulders and follow my instructions on how to make a bird I promise will not fail you. I have been watching and reading everything I can get my hands on and pretty much everyone is really over thinking this whole thing. It is simple if you follow a few basic rules.
*COVER IN HEAVY DUTY FOIL COMPLETELY. SEALING TIGHT!
*DO NOT PEEK AT THE BIRD WHILE IT COOKS!
*ONCE YOUR BIRD IS DONE, LET IT SIT FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
