1 fresh or frozen turkey
Fresh rosemary and thyme
Sea salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 apple
1 lemon
Celery
Onion
Wash your turkey well. Make sure to pat dry and then place into a large baking pan. Liberally pour oil all over the turkey and massage with sea salt and pepper. Place thyme and rosemary under the skin of turkey breast. Place apples, oranges, lemons, celery and onion in the cavity. Cover with heavy duty foil. Bake at 300 degrees. DO NOT PEEK! Uncover the last 30 minutes to brown.

20 minutes per pound. 8-12 pound birds
15 minutes per pound. 12-16 pound birds
Honey Ham
1 Spiral Sliced Ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
Cinnamon
Coke
In a small skillet warm the honey, cinnamon and brown sugar till bubbly. Transfer to a bowl. Pour in 1 cup of coke and mix. Brush ham and bake according to package instructions.
