I remember my son going through a phase when all the boys would say, I love pie , and then would break into giggles. Well, I love pie too!! Summertime to me means many things: swimming, sand dollars, flip flops and pies. One of my favorite memories is going to my grandparents house at Beaver Lake. Every night after a long day at the dock we would come up to the house and eat an amazing meal with pie for dessert! Nothing better than a slice of chilled cream pie after a long hot day!
If you love creamy chilled pies then look no further! In fact, this week at the Sassy Recipe Club I will be featuring The Fat Jack’s Key Lime Pie and Coconut Cream Pie as featured on News9 this week!! Here is my famous Monster Peanut Butter Pie! I made this up years back when I had a friend who asked me if I could create a pie that was creamy and tasted like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Well, this is what I came up with…the rest is history!

Caryn, when you showed the Monster Peanut Butter Pie on ch9 news you had a whipped cream dispenser/maker. Where did you say you can purchase this? It sounds perfect for what I need. Thanks so much, Rhonda

Where can I get the whipping cream maker you used when making the peanut butter pie- brand, product ID, or whatever. Thanks. Saw you for the first time on that show

You can get the Whipped Cream maker at International Pantry in Norman, OK or go to http://intlpantry.com. It is made by Isi. I love mine and use it all of the time!!
