Here is a blast from the past! Mandy and I cooking up Buckeye Candy! If you love chocolate and peanut butter than this is the treat for you! Perfect to make for the holidays as a gift or to take to a cookie exchange!
Today is a great day to cook some yummy foods and watch football! One of my favorite segments was with my BFF Mandy Heaston last year when she joined me & shared her Buckeye Recipe. The Sooners may have lost the game last year but Mandy’s Buckeye’s continue to be a favorite at our house!

Mandy’s Buckeye Candy
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup softened butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 cups Chocolate Candy Melts
Combine peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Add graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and mix well. Roll into 1/2″ balls, place on a baking sheet and freeze until firm, at least 30 minutes.
Place Candy melts in a medium microwave safe bowl, heat at 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted.
Using a toothpick, dip frozen peanut butter balls into melted chocolate, leaving the top exposed. Place on sheets of wax paper until chocolate is set.
Store in airtight container, up to 2 weeks.
