Well everyone, I am just superstar flippin excited to tell you that in honor of Breast Awareness Month I am having my 3rd annual KitchenAid Giveaway! Yep…I promised October would HUGE. Not only am I giving away a KitchenAid 5 Quart Stand Mixer but it is the Raspberry Ice color!
She is fabulous in every possible way! She shimmers, shines and makes you feel like a queen when you are cooking. (Yes, I am referring to it as a “she”) For the past 3 years, KitchenAid has been so generous to supply me with this gorgeous mixer to give away. I am truly touched by KitchenAid’s dedication to Susan G. Komen. They are passionate about finding a cure and have put their money where their mouth is! Here is a little ditty about all that they do:
Eat together. Give back.
Cook for the Cure® gives people with a passion for cooking a way to support a meaningful cause. The program raises funds
and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. From pink products and celebrity chef auctions to home-based fundraising
events, this partnership between KitchenAid and Susan G. Komen® has raised more than $9 million over the past decade.
Pass the Plate
Here is an incredible program I am so fired up about! It is called Pass the Plate! Cook a meal or make a treat and then pass your limited edition plate on to someone else. Then your friend does the same and so on and on this goes. The fun part is that in the beginning you REGISTER your plate. Kind of like a birth certificate for your plate. Then as it stops along the way they go on and register your plate. The best part is once your plate is registered, each recipient can add to the plate’s journey, and KitchenAid will add to the donation total. For every person who registers their plate, KitchenAid give $5 to Susan G. Komen®.
Come back often to read your plate’s story as it’s passed from place to place and person to person.
Here is how you can participate!
Purchase yours:
By Phone: Call 1-888-886-8318
In store: Call 1-800-VILLEROY for a Villeroy & Boch store near you.
