If you have ever been to Dallas then you have seen all of the signs for Babe’s Chicken. I had seen the signs for years plus friends had raved that we must pullover in Sanger, Tx and get us some of the best fried chicken ever. Well, we have gone a LOT in the last couple of years and I have to say that I love all of their sides! They are served family style and are incredible. My family’s favorite is the salad. It is a simple iceberg lettuce salad with a sweet yet tart vinaigrette dressing. It is so light you almost cannot believe you are eating salad. Here is my knockoff of this Texas classic. The best part is that you can store this dressing in a mason jar in your fridge for weeks!
