I cannot believe it is almost Easter! Literally the bunny has snuck up on me this year! So, I am trying to get my act together by making some easy treats, gifts and snacks that anyone can do. Literally, I have an Easter basket you can make in 3 minutes and a glue gun! Does not get much easier than that!
Candy Easter Baskets
4 movie theatre boxes of candy (same dimensions if possible)
1 Nerd Rope Candy
Cardboard
Glue gun
Faux Easter grass
Easter treats of your choice
Glue the ends of the candy boxed together forming a square. Trace the bottom of the square on a piece of cardboard. (I used the flap of an old shipping box)
Glue the cardboard to the bottom of the square making a “bottom” to your basket. Secure the nerd rope to make the handle. Allow the glue to dry completely before filling your basket with grass and goodies!

Pipe the glaze on using a pastry bag or a Ziploc bag that you snip the end off of. Store the cake in the refrigerator till you are ready to serve.

In a medium sized bowl mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk till the is smooth enough to easily pipe onto the cake once it is cool.
