Daddy’s French Dip Sandwiches
3 lb rump roast
2 tablespoons Daddy Hinkle’s Onion Garlic Seasoning salt
2 tablespoon Daddy Hinkle’s marinade
2 cans French onion soup
1 can of beer
1 package hogtie rolls
8 slices provolone cheese
In a slow cooker place the rump roast. Rub with seasoning salt. Add in the marinade, French onion soup and the can of beer. Place lid on top and cook slow and on LOW for 8 hours. Serve on hoagie rolls with cheese. Use leftover juice as au jus sauce!
