Spicy Zombie Dogs
1 package Schwab’s jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. To make the zombie: cut a 1/4 inch wide slit down the side of each sausage for the arms. Then cut a 1 1/2 inch slit down the center of the sausage for the legs. Cut long thin strips of refrigerator pizza dough and wrap around the zombie’s arms, legs, torso and head. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake 10-11 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with garlic butter and serve!
Creepy Spider Cookies
1 package Betty Crocker PB Cookies (dry mix), prepared according to instructions
1 package chocolate truffles
1 cup chocolate chips
candy eyes or pearl candies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll 1-2 tablespoons of cookie dough into a ball and place on baking sheet 3 inches apart. DO NOT FLATTEN. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from the oven and using the back of a spoon make a round indention into the center of each cookie. Allow cookies to cool. Melt the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon oil till smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag and snip the end. Squeeze a bead of chocolate into the center of the indention and Place one chocolate truffle in the center. Now add 2 dots to the truffle and then place eyeballs on. Squeeze legs onto the cookies and allow them to dry completely.
