Game Day is almost here and that means I am trying to take the old stand by’s and “re-do” them bit. So, I am giving Buffalo Chicken a makeover with my garlic buffalo wings. They are so easy to make since you use Fast Fixin Chicken Nuggets. I get mine at Braum’s Fresh Market as well as the other ingredients! So if you have a house full of guys then this is something you might as well keep in stock because they will mow through these nuggets before Halftime!
1 package Fast Fixin Chicken Nuggets
1/2 cup cup Buffalo sauce
1/2 stick Braum’s unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 container Bleu Cheese Dressing*
Blue cheese crumbles
carrot & celery sticks
Cook chicken nuggets according to package. While they are cooking, in a medium sized saucepan combine the buffalo sauce, unsalted butter and minced garlic. Cook till butter is melted and sauce is blended together. Remove from heat. In a large metal bowl combine the sauce and chicken nuggets. Toss together and serve with bleu cheese sauce, carrots and celery.
Hot Link Pops
1 package Schwab’s Hot Link’s chopped
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
3/4 cup hot wing sauce
1 container cream cheese, softened spread
1 can refrigerated thin pizza crust
1 cup shredded mexi cheese blend
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a mini cupcake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Roll out the pizza dough on a well floured board. Cut into 12 squares. Place 1 square in each muffin cup pressing up the sides to make the crust. In a medium sized bowl combine the hot links, ranch dressing, hot wing sauce and cream cheese. Mix till well combined and scoop a teaspoon of filling into each cup and top with mexi cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is toasted and golden. Remove from cups and serve immediatly.
